Accessibility at the LPG

The Literary Press Group of Canada (LPG) is committed to excellence in providing services and support to member publishers, as well as to readers and customers who visit our website lpg.ca, and our webstore, All Lit Up (alllitup.ca).

We have taken steps to reasonably accommodate the needs of customers with disabilities. Upon hiring, our employees receive training on how to provide assistance to people with various disabilities.

Personal assistive devices are permitted and unrestricted in all areas of the LPG office and building to which the public has access.

We welcome people with disabilities to be accompanied by their support person or service animal. Service animals are allowed in our office, and in parts of the building that are open to the public. We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability, ensuring that they have the best customer service experience possible.

In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to service or facilities for customers with disabilities, LPG will notify customers promptly.
